Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah has opened up about her desire to be married and have children, sharing that she hopes to someday have at least three kids. In a recent interview on Okukuseku with Emelia Brobbey, Ankomah spoke about her wish for a family, explaining her faith that God will guide her to the right partner at the right time. “Who doesn’t want marriage?” she asked, describing how she longs for the joy of taking her children to Sunday school and school. She expressed confidence that, as God has answered her prayers in the past, He will also fulfill this desire.
Ankomah acknowledged the unique challenges that can come with a career in acting, particularly when it comes to settling down. She addressed a common belief that being in the entertainment industry makes it difficult to find a life partner, but she disagrees with this notion. “It’s all about how you carry yourself,” she explained, adding that many in the creative field have found happy marriages.
While she waits for her prayers to be answered, Ankomah remains hopeful and grounded in her faith, trusting that God’s timing will bring her a loving husband and family in the future.
