For the second consecutive year, Ghana fielded a joint team composed of personnel from all three branches of the Armed Forces.

Competing alongside teams from the United States, Italy, and Liberia, the Ghanaian team faced demanding, combat-like conditions designed to test both medical expertise and operational readiness.

The competition, organised annually by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), evaluates the combat medical proficiency of Army medics.

It involves a series of physically demanding and technically rigorous tasks that simulate the challenges faced in real combat situations.
