Chief Executive of The Ghana Report, Rashida Saani, has paid an official visit to the Ga Mantse, His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, ahead of The Ghana Report Summit.

The trailblazing summit, themed: “Dealing with Misinformation and Disinformation – Election 2024”, will be held on August 1 at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, Accra, with H. E. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the special guest.

The courtesy call to pay homage to the revered king on Monday, July 8, was part of efforts to strengthen the relationship between The Ghana Report and traditional authorities in the Greater Accra Region.

While the meeting was to inform, seek blessings and officially invite His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II to The Ghana Report Summit, it also served as a channel to contribute towards community developmental initiatives.

Consequently, The Ghana Report Chief Executive, Rashida Saani, donated GH₵ 20,000 to support Ga Mantse’s clean-up exercise towards the annual Homowo Festival of the Ga people.

Madam Rashida Saani, an astute entrepreneur and Group Chief Executive (GCEO) of I-ZAR, extolled the leadership of His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II.

At the meeting, she highlighted the king’s efforts to elevate the heritage of the people of Accra.

She congratulated him for numerous achievements, developmental projects, and peace initiatives, emphasising traditional leaders’ crucial role in preserving cultural identity and fostering national development.

“We would like to thank him for all the positive initiatives he has embarked on and his keen interest and pivotal voice as far as peace is concerned in election 2024,” She stated.
