CCTV footage of a horrific crash involving two vehicles on a road in East Legon, a suburb of the nation’s capital, Accra, has gone viral.

Multiple reports indicated that the crash, which took place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, led to the death of a popular phone dealer in his 20s, identified as ‘Columbia’.

Reports indicated that ‘Columbia’ was crashed to death when a speeding vehicle hit the Honda Accord he was driving.

The CCTV video showed the white Honda Accord making a turn at a junction on the road.

Just seconds into the turn, a speeding black vehicle smashed into the Honda Accord, forcing it into a wall on the side of the road.

Other footages from the scene of the incident showed the victim’s vehicle completely destroyed.

The vehicle was unrecognisable, with its frontage completely damaged.

It is not clear what happened to the occupants of the black vehicle or whether there were other passengers in the Honda Accord.

The Ghana Police Service is yet to comment on the incident.
